The Me You Do Not See, The Me You Did Not Know
I’m NOT The Only One!
What happened to the child who went to college, got multiple degrees, excelled in every area, and left the everyday world when the business decided she wasn’t needed anymore?
What happened to the teacher whose teaching inspired a group of wanna be, soon-to-be leaders? Enrollment is down, tuition is higher, and student loans are in flux because the government can’t decide if education is important enough to help others who wish to succeed, or just another burden to taxpayers who went to school and got student loans but can’t often pay them back. After all, they keep getting laid off.
I walk in your parks, a beautiful, older, black woman of color, now with natural hair, tall and bejeweled, refined and full of wisdom and knowledge, anointed by YAHWEH to shed revelation, give confirmation, and to give and share HIS Word in relatability, applicably–but you don’t see me. Maybe you see me, and maybe you don’t notice or want to notice me.
As I walk to my car, a black Jaguar EX sport, you see the fancy car but don’t notice the dirt, dust, and covers over everything until you get close to me. I camouflage the choice I made to live like Christ, Yeshua Adonai, whom we gave a Greek name to make it easier for us—easier not to have to deal with HIS Jewishness—Jesus the Christ. See, I can’t even tell the story without teaching about our humanity and hypocrisy, only because most don’t really know HIM, or want to. All many want are His Benefits. Yet I am one of those benefits, full of knowledge and power, yet you don’t really know me either. Some may not want to.
You say you know me, but won’t give me respect by calling me by my complete name with “doctor” before it because my name offends you or reminds you of what you did not choose to do. So, instead of acknowledging me as Doctor Rebecca Irene Payne, you call me Rebecca or Becky, no matter how I introduce myself. And I am supposed to be fine with that–at least you acknowledge me in some way, right?
If you don’t see me, and others like me, who walk among you every day, talk with you, eat with you, and tell you what we’ve learned and know, how will you EVER get to know Yeshua, whom you call Jesus?
How will you ever see the wondrous things YAHWEH (YHWH) has done if you won’t acknowledge His name, “The Name above every Name”, The Name that “every knee shall bow and tongue confess Yeshua Meshach” is Lord–translation, “Jesus Christ is Lord”.
You shouldn’t be offended at the translation of His name or any of His Words if you understand it’s all a result of The Tower of Babel and the resolution YAHWEH created when man decided to make a Name for himself and ascend to the Heavens to confront YAHWEH, the God he did not know but who sent their ancestor in an Ark to save the future of mankind.
Oh, a long, run-on sentence—too much to read?
You “know the story of Noah’s Ark, but don’t know or understand the ramifications of the actions of a people who didn’t know YAHWEH because they didn’t listen to those who had experiences with Him, who heard Him and listened, and endured the hell you made for them because you didn’t believe. Sound familiar?
Yet Yeshua, Jesus said, these times are like the times of Noah when men were eating and drinking and dancing and getting married, but did not listen to Noah and get themselves ready to enter the Ark. (Genesis 9:29, Isaiah 54:9, Matthew 24:37, Luke 17:26, 1 Peter 3:20).

What’s happening all around you and could be The Life I Am to live without your love!
You see a man or woman pushing a cart with what’s left of their entire life’s possessions in it, and you run away or condemn them for what they must do, assuming they did something “wrong” to deserve the life they now lead. They are someone’s child, sister, brother, aunt, uncle, parent–but not yours and not your problem. “Why don’t they get services?” “Why don’t they live in a shelter?”
Here’s YOUR Wake-Up Call!
There are no government-sponsored services in the state of Texas and Colorado, where I’ve been, and fewer in many states across the nation. In NJ and NY services are fewer because there is an influx of immigrants from foreign lands who need the services and get them because they are “un-domiciled”, not “homeless” or “in transition”.
I KNOW this reality because I’m living in this reality—you, you are not, and hopefully, never will.
Your wake-up call is that the government services you thought existed in every state are not a federal mandate, but a State’s determination to provide, determined by budget and resources.
In Texas, you are told to call 211, which is operated by a Non-profit organization–United Way. They will provide you with information for the few organizations that exist in the zipcode you are in when you lose your way of life. They may provide information for places providing transitional housing at a cost, or a bed for a night at a shelter if there is a shelter near you and a bed available.
None of these places provide assistance for the unemployed unless you have an addiction. The Transitional services exist only for those with continuous employment, and the rent is based on a percentage of your monthly salary. If you are a contractor, as I am, You are considered unstructured and inconsistent, and unstable; therefore, they will not provide services or assistance until you become “Stable”.
So, here’s the new reality in America: if you have no salary and no addictions, are not in need of medical treatment, there are no “services” available to you.
If you are a Christian and those in your family are not, you are told it is better to “keep your peace”—Better to have a roof over your head than to say anything.
Some churches will only help those who “pay rent” or “pay mortgages,” and this only once. They are not set up to provide assistance to the “homeless”. It has become apparent that those applying to job postings, as I have for the past year and a half, who now have no place to live or call home, are not considered. I do not have a word for that statement.
Here’s the choice I made—I challenged wrong over right, idols over YAHWEH and YESHUA, and will stand on that choice every day of my life.
My Choice of The Way, Him, over the ways of men, results in no assistance from the World—the World will not “help me”. The church denominations may not either.
So again, I say, I Know my Name and Who I AM! Do You?

Were we not told this would come to be? Yes, we have been told, and So it now is!
Without an address, you cannot get a Bank Card. Without a car you cannot rest at Love’s or Pilots, where there are showers, food, and rest areas to charge your tools. There are showerews at a cost because these places are predeominantly for truckers and drivers going long distance who have money. Oh, And soon the tools will be gone, which means no mobile access to accounts I already have, contacts I already have, email, or any other internet-based services. All goes away, and you go “off-grid”.
Without a debit/credit card, you cannot get a hotel room even though the price is, say $59. You will need $100-200 as a hold on the $59 room, up front. Oh, and the room rate changes daily.
Being “off grid” means you are no longer a citizen in the systems as every document you now have is somewhat useless. You are tracked by where you live or have lived as long as you can prove it. If you lose those telephone numbers, who can validate who you are?
So, the next time you see a “homeless” person, think twice about who you might be talking to! It may be a woman with a doctorate, two master’s degrees—one in business and one in Bible exposition/ theology, a dual bachelor of science degree, 39 years of technology management experience, and a professor who gets contracts after the full-time professors do, if there is a need. All of this makes me unqualified to receive services anywhere from anyone, and it seems no one wants to hire me because I’m “overqualified,” which is now translated as “we found someone else who is a better fit”. Fit for what?
So, here’s more teaching given while I have the chance to do so! It’s the one thing No Man can take from me!
I am showing you the truth you may not know so that we can make a change! There is so little time!

You say you know him, yet have not read? Think again! Even we who say we know, know only in part, and yet, at least we know that much!
You say, “I know Jesus!” Get angry when I ask you, “Have you read the entire Bible?” and you make excuses for why you didn’t and still don’t.
Some of you show up every Sunday, sit in pews that carry the names of those in your families, communities, and fall asleep while the pastor pours out the greatest love story ever known.
Some of you scroll on social media during the sermon to let all your friends know “I’m in Church!” yet cannot repeat a word of the sermon or reveal even the Text because the only thing you heard was the good music–“The choir was on fire!”
We who are willing to give our lives to spread this message of Truth and Life and Light Know the Cost and obviously are willing to pay it so that you don’t have to!
Oh, I’m sorry, too much scripture? Don’t feel like reading any more? Now you’ll say I’m insulting you! “Talking too much”. “Don’t feel like hearing all that.”
Well, get over it and “get ready, get ready, get ready!”—who said that?!
The problem isn’t that there aren’t enough leaders, the problem is that the leaders aren’t all reading and creating disciples who don’t read other. How did that happen? NO accountability. Too Much fear of losign congregations and the bit of tithe being given. No consistency in the congregation to give to the leaders who teach all the time and try to keep the lights, AC, Heat, and phone/computer, social media going get you there and keep you there.

HERE’S MY LIFE! It’s The Life of The Believer! You will live according to His Plan, not Your own, for you died to our flesh and Live in Him! Do Not judge Your sister for the Choices she makes in His Name for His Purposes, no matter “the cost”.
Discipleship Is Costly

(The word “Lord” when spelled with capital letters stands for the divine name, YHWH, which is here connected with the verb hayah, “to be”, I am what I am or I will be what I will be).
Still don’t have the “right” Spirit? Still wondering why we suffer lack? Sometimes the suffering comes through the people we have to walk with until it is our time to receive The Promise! We have to let go of our “Egyptian” things and ways to be made over into His image with His promises and His blessings. To Receive The Promise of “Canaan Land” in our lives!
So, I suffer daily for Christ!

Here’s the last…many of the people I see and talk to every day are adults between 40-75 traveling on the non-toll roads from the Midwest to the west and from the north headed south and west because they can’t afford to stay where they are or are called to move to another place. They are eating Arby’s and McDonald’s because there are few choices, and these are not healthy meals. Some will give a senior discount. If you eat fruits, vegetables, and nuts as I do, good luck finding any not loaded with salt and preservatives. As long as you have a car, you can put good food in a cooler. Lose your car, and you have nothing! They are sleeping overnight in state rest areas and Love’s and Pilots just as I did, and I am.
Oh, did I mention license plates, and driver’s licenses?….the story continues!
